Lit a candle today and softly sang a "Happy Birthday" prayer...Scott's loving, happy spirit is a wonderful and cherished memory, never to be forgotten.
Mass will be offered for Scott at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Malverne, 12:30 p.m. Scott will be remembered at the International Mass at the Cathedral of Notre Dame, Paris, France, 11:30 a.m. Thank you former Mayor & Mrs. Tony Panzarella of Malverne for arranging these memorials.
In Pensacola, there will be a mass for Scott at Holy Spirit Church, Gulf Beach Highway, 9 a.m. Thank you Liz & Vete Senkus for arranging this memorial.
In Jacksonville, Don Masden will arrange for flowers to be placed at the memorial tree. Thank you Don.
A friendly smile a casual touch, These are the things that mean so much. To know you are with us in our time of sorrow, Sharing our prayer, today and tomorrow, God gives us comfort in the form of good friends, May His piece be with you, His love never ends.

The camellias bloomed a full month earlier. Hope you like them....they are from our garden. I think they knew it was a special birthday this year...the big 40. A toast to you and thank you for being such a wonderful son, brother, friend, and man. You are truly loved.
I wrote my post at 11:55 pm....exactly the time when you were born.. The posting time is EST...I'm here in Central time so the date is off....but you understand!

Happy 46th Birthday today Scottie. I wonder what you would be up to today. So much to say, so much in motion.. never a chance to stop and look around. I'll survive but would really love to have a day just to sit and chat. Talk about nothing. :)

Adrian is a ball of energy and fun, what an amazing thing to have these two guys. I wish you could have shared them what you loved. I know it would mean a lot to them (eventually)!

Happy Birthday Scott. Still plugging away. Missed you this week as always. Lot of moving parts but somehow still ok. Had a fantastic holiday with Mom and Dad. They’re hanging in there. Time keeps flying and hoping to find a quiet patch to spend time with you down there.

Can't even believe you would be 50 this year. So hard to imagine. I'm heartbroken as we were planning to celebrate your birthday all together in Florida with Mom, Dad, the boys, and friends... when COVID forced us to cancel our travel. What a downer... Really wanted to mark this occasion altogether, as best we can.
That said... here in Brooklyn, the boys made a battleship in the studio for your birthday... that is until it was accidentally knocked over. :)
I wonder what we would have done today, the family and friends there. So many unknowns.. but I am sure it would have been wonderful.

Ash went for a SIM training in an F-35 today. Wow.. what a blast. And this 9-year-old out-scored everyone in the room.. even a licensed pilot. Good times to say the least.
